Justin was a graduate of the St Lawrence College Culinary Management Program in April 2007. From 2006 - 2008 he worked towards his apprenticeship as a sous chef under executive chef Cory Conners at The Kingston Yacht club. In August 2008 Bustini's Catering Incorporated was born to deliver elegant dishes with panache to Kingston and the Islands. In March 2009 Justin completed his red seal certification. In February 2010 he headed to the winter Olympics. He worked on a Olympic venue for whistler cooks catering as a sous chef. In September 2010 Justin was nominated for the young entrepreneur of the year award by the Kingston chamber of commerce. In July 2011 Justin founded Bustini's Event Rentals a division to supply the demand for catering and supply Kingston residents with quality party rental items.He enjoys watching Frontencs hockey and has pasion for sports cars and big trucks. His favorite hobby is building websites to help with online goals and helping his friends with these issues. He enjoys cooking on the bbq with friends and family.
