Justin was a graduate of the St Lawrence College Culinary Management Program in April 2007. From 2006 - 2008 he worked towards his apprenticeship as a sous chef under executive chef Cory Conners at The Kingston Yacht club. In August 2008 Bustini's Catering Incorporated was born to deliver elegant dishes with panache to Kingston and the Islands. In March 2009 Justin completed his red seal certification. In February 2010 he headed to the winter Olympics.
